RMME International, S.A.P.I. de C.V., operating under the name MEV Disegno (“MEV”, “we”, “us” or “our”), with address at Paseo de la Reforma 2609, Lomas Altas, Miguel Hidalgo, 11950, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing and protection of the personal data described in this Privacy Notice.

Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with MEV, we may collect the following personal data:

• Name

• Email address

• Telephone number

• Age

• Information regarding the nature of your inquiry or project

• Information you voluntarily provide through our contact forms, email communications or other direct interactions with us

Our website and hosting infrastructure may also process limited technical information necessary for the operation and security of the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, and access logs.

MEV does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website. We ask that you do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary for a specific interaction with us.

Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data primarily to:

1. Respond to inquiries and requests for information.

2. Evaluate and discuss potential MEV Disegno commissions, builds, restorations, service work or other projects.

3. Schedule meetings, appointments or communications with prospective and existing clients.

4. Provide information related to Elferstudio service, repair or restoration inquiries.

5. Respond to media, press, partnership or other professional inquiries.

6. Maintain records relating to our communications and business relationships.

7. Comply with applicable legal, contractual, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.

8. Maintain the security, operation and integrity of our website and communications systems.

Where applicable, and as a secondary purpose, we may also use your contact information to send occasional news, invitations, project updates or information concerning MEV Disegno.

You may request at any time that your personal data not be used for these secondary purposes by contacting us at gildo@mev.mx.

Limiting the Use or Disclosure of Your Personal Data

You may request that MEV limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending a request to gildo@mev.mx, identifying yourself and describing the limitation requested.

ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of your personal data (“ARCO Rights”), in accordance with applicable Mexican law.

To exercise any ARCO Right, please send a request to gildo@mev.mx containing:

• Your name and a means of receiving our response;

• Information or documentation reasonably sufficient to verify your identity or, where applicable, the authority of your legal representative;

• A clear description of the personal data concerned;

• The ARCO right you wish to exercise and the nature of your request; and

• Any additional information that may help us locate the relevant personal data.

For rectification requests, please also describe the correction requested and provide supporting information when appropriate.

MEV will communicate its determination within the period established by applicable law and, when the request is granted, will implement it within the corresponding legal period.

Under the currently applicable Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the determination must generally be communicated within 20 days from receipt of the request and, if appropriate, implemented within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended once when justified by the circumstances.

Revocation of Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you may revoke that consent at any time, without retroactive effect, by sending a request to gildo@mev.mx.

Revocation may not be immediately effective where continued processing is required to comply with a legal obligation or to maintain or fulfill an existing legal or contractual relationship.

Service Providers and Transfers

MEV may use hosting, email, information technology and other service providers that process personal data on our behalf solely for purposes connected with the operation of our business and website.

MEV does not sell personal data.

We may disclose or transfer personal data when required or permitted by applicable law, including where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a competent authority, protect or exercise legal rights, or maintain or fulfill a legal or contractual relationship.

We do not currently contemplate transfers to unrelated third parties for purposes that require separate consent from the data subject. If this changes, this Privacy Notice will be updated and any consent required by applicable law will be obtained.

Data Security and Retention

MEV maintains reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice and to comply with applicable legal, contractual, accounting or regulatory obligations.

Changes to This Privacy Notice

MEV may modify this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our activities, website, services or applicable law.
